DELIVERY PROMISE
Honesty is the best policy when it comes to a delivery promise. We monitor our carriers on a regular basis and believe we use the best companies in the industry to care for and deliver your goods (Royal Mail & Fed-Ex). As the majority of our consignments are delivered via external couriers we cannot guarantee 100% that your goods will arrive with you on the day we state. On a running average we have found that over 95% arrive by the expected date the other 5% are susceptible to conditions outside of our command. If your goods have not arrived on the day we state then it is more than likely they follow on the next day but please feel free to call customer services on 0800 0181282 if you have any concerns.

** Please Note: Deliveries to Ireland, The Channel Isles and some areas in the Highlands can take up three working days longer.

Any stated delivery date, period or rate is given as a guide only and the seller accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from delay howsoever caused. All our prices include P&P within the UK, usually all orders placed before 3:00pm are dispatched the same day.

Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges:
For orders made from the UK, 15% VAT is added were applicable.

Returns Guarantee:
We guarantee your satisfaction. All returns will be accepted if received in new condition. Returns must be authorised before returning. These will then be refunded or exchanged.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON DAMAGES:
In the unfortunate event of your consignment being damaged upon delivery, please contact us at your earliest convenience to arrange a replacement.
